Communion Setup
Instructions
- Wash hands before setting up Communion.
- Prepare about 40 wafers, 37 individual cups and a common cup with a little bit of wine. (2 families use the common cup.)
- I recommend you can use the white and pink pitcher instead of the squirt bottle, because it is easier to use and clean.
- To show reverence to our Lord’s body and blood, we should not pour the leftover blood down the drain into the sewer. Instead we pour it on the ground outside.
- After service, pour out the common cup on the ground outside and wash it with water. (The Korean congregation does not use it.)
- The Korean congregation has Communion on the first Sunday of the month. They will use the leftover Communion and clean up the used individual cups.
